What type of platform is it?–
I-Care is an innovative webapp, that operates via Open API
What devices can I use for the analysis?–
I-Care is an already integrated platform with dozens of certified Medical Devices. It is possible to use the devices proposed during the configuration of the product or the devices that have been previously purchased, after checking the compatibility by our team.
How customizable is the platform? –
The platform is available by default in I-Care branded but the customization can be made in terms of both interface and hardware
How much space does it take up within my I-Care activity?–
I-Care is available in different hardware configurations to overcome this problem: you can select the type of physical support that is most suitable for the space that is intended to devote to the prevention analysis
Can I use an external aid for the delivery of the analyses? –
Our specialized team operators is always available for planning prevention days, during which one of our operators will take charge of the execution of all the analyses.
What checkups can I make via I-Care?

I-Care allows you to perform all the checkups you want through the help of integrated Medical Devices, from which it automatically imports the results that are processed using algorithms
What services are included with the purchase of the basic configuration?

The basic I-Care configuration provides the possibility of delivering all the checkups available on the platform based on the devices in its possession, the use of the booking platform for planning prevention events, the access to the training platform and the supply of promotional materials.
Is the platform safe?

I-Care is absolutely GDPR compliance and operates via end-to-end encryption.
How long does the performance of prevention checkups last?

The analysis takes 10 to 20 minutes, and includes the anamnesis phase, the measurement and the delivery of the report to the user
How can I increase final customer loyalty?

Using I-Care you create a wellness folder that encloses all the final customer’s checkups. You can also monitor all the progress through the Preventit application.
