SLEEP CHECK
Assessment of daytime sleepiness and sleep disturbances
Description
Daytime sleepiness is assessed using the Epworth scale, a test that is useful in helping to diagnose sleep disorders.

The test asks you to assess how likely you are to doze off or fall asleep in different situations. The test refers to your usual routine in recent times. Even if you have never thought about any of these situations, you need to try to remember your behaviour in these cases.
